Delete my account

Ask us to delete your LiveLocalVibes account and the information tied to it. You can do this here even if you've removed the app.

What gets deleted

Your login, account and email address
Your band or venue profile, photos, music links, gigs you posted, auditions, favorites and messages
Your fan account, favorites and settings

What stays

Reviews you wrote may stay, with your name removed
Combined, anonymous vibe scores
Payment and tax records we're required to keep (usually 7 years)

We delete everything within 30 days and email you when it's done. If you have LLV Pro, cancel it first in your dashboard (Plan and billing → Manage billing) so you aren't charged again.
